Caratteristiche le pezzature bianche sul muso, dette \u00abfrisature\u00bb, sulla parte distale degli arti, all\u2019interno coscia e sul ventre. Il pelo \u00e8 lungo e fine. Testa leggera con profilo fronto-nasale rettilineo. Presenza di barba nei maschi e nella maggioranza delle femmine. Corna a sciabola non sempre presenti; collo di sviluppo proporzionato munito di tettole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taglia media con altezza al garrese rispettivamente di 82 cm nei maschi e 74 nelle femmine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allevamento di tipo tradizionale: piccola transumanza verticale, stabulazione invernale, pascolo primaverile-autunnale ed alpeggio estivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.leo-italy.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-120.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-884\" width=\"178\" height=\"243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.leo-italy.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-120.png 255w, https:\/\/www.leo-italy.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/image-120-221x300.png 221w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 178px) 100vw, 178px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Attitudine e prodotti<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prolificit\u00e0 del 150%; il capretto venduto a 12-14 kg dopo un allattamento di 40-50 giorni. La caseificazione del latte \u00e8 di tipo tradizionale con due formaggi di antica tradizione: il \u00ab<em>Fatul\u00ec<\/em>\u00bb (prodotto con solo latte di Bionda e affumicato con rami di ginepro) ed il \u00ab<em>Mascarpin<\/em>\u00bb (ricotta prodotta dopo la caseificazione del Fatul\u00ec, riposta a perdere il liquido in eccesso in sacchetti di cotone).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Origins<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Autochthonous goat of Val Camonica, commonly known as Bionda or Must\u00e0scia. The origin of this very ancient breed is common to other local populations in northern Italy and can be traced back to the alpine type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Peculiarities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Population: around 2000 heads in 113 farms. Brown coat preferred in the light shade &#8220;blond&#8221;, darker subjects with a &#8220;hazel&#8221; shade. Characteristics white strips on the snout, called \u00abfrisature\u00bb, on the distal part of the limbs, inside the thigh and on the belly. The hair is long and fine. Presence of beard in males and in the majority of females. Saber horns not always present. Medium size, withers height is 82 cm in males and 74 in females. Traditional breeding: small vertical transhumance, winter housing, spring-autumn pasture and summer mountain pasture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Attitudes and products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>150% of prolificacy. Meat from 12-14 kg lambs after 40-50 days of maternal feeding.
